Toxic Obsession

Since I have been MIA for the past two weeks (sorry took some time off to vacation in Miami!) I wanted to collaborate all the images that have been inspiring me for the past few weeks...my daily obsessions. It is a sort of photo-montage that I hope inspires you too.

WANT
Heartbeat headphones by Gaga after Dr. Dre endorsed the Beats by Dre Studio headphones, the Lady has made a move to create her own, and were featured in her latest video "Telephone" ($119.95)

NEED
Ear-cuff from Free People this is a great alternative to big earrings, and creates a signature look...plus you don't even have to have pierced ears. Check out the amazing and unique rings, cuffs, earrings and necklaces from Free People. If I could I would buy it all. Seriously.

HAVE TO HAVE
♡Cross Body Jewelry is this trend finally catching on? I love the simplicity of this look because you can wear a simple tee or tank with one of these and it will make your outfit. Look for this trend to start popping up on runways this spring, and look for more of designer Bliss Lau's wild necklaces.

JUST BOUGHT
Girl Skateboard after dating two serious skateboarders, I decided it was time to get my own board. I am so sick of hanging out at the skate park and seeing just boys. Where are all the girls? So I picked out a Girl by Guy Mariano board (mine actually has a pink logo) with larger longboarding-type wheels. Can't wait to start riding!

LIKE IT OR HATE IT?
Something I've been noticing around the streets of Seattle and in magazines, are partially shaved heads. Even a girl at my school is a follower of this trend, and she looks amazing.  I know it sounds crazy, but the first person I actually saw with this hairdo was Alice Dellal (left), a model, socialite, and daughter of a British millionaire.  The trend seems to be catching on.  Mel B (scary spice), Carmen Electra and singer Cassie are all sporting the shaved look.  Do you think it is "in" or just terribly "out"?

Happy Easter!
XO Lindsay
