Summer Love

Summer: you automatically might think freedom, friends, sunshine, adventures, flings, bright colors, the beach, concerts, reading, photos, ice-cream... all in all, a break from the everyday drone of life for a couple short months. To me it also marks the time when I dust off my cut-off shorts, summer dresses, crop tops, Ray Ban shades, and gladiator sandals and descend upon the new arrivals of the season. It's a time for renewal, to start fresh, and a chance at having the best summer of your life.

♡I saw this tattoo and thought it was one of the cleverest I have seen in a long time...it fits into the summer theme too because you can write in what you love on the line with sharpie, and just erase it the next day for your new adventures.

Scarlett Fever

As Iron Man II is fast approaching, I thought I would shed some light on the new addition— the beautiful Scarlett Johansson. She is one of my top 5 favorite actresses (just about tied with Natalie Portman) for not only her beauty and brains, but for her  great choices in movie roles. From Sofia Coppola's Lost in Translation to The Prestige  to The Island to becoming a staple in Woody Allen films such as Match Point, Vicky Cristina Barcelona and Scoop, she is a force to be reckoned with. Coined as the modern-day Marilyn Monroe, she is fast becoming one of the great talents of our generation.
